Palm-Sized Press, Limited Co. is a small independent publisher. We aim to respond to all enquiries within 48 hours. However, please bear in mind that we are managed by a tiny team.
At this time, all orders placed through our website are digital content.
Print Items
Our print items are sold via our Lulu shop. If you have any issues with your order, please reach out to them via their contact form here or by telephone here.
We are happy to help if you’d like to reach out to us directly, but please note that Lulu retains all order and shipping information for print purchases.
Digital Items
Digital items are sold via our online shop and then sent as a digital download to you. If you’re having any problems using the download link, please reach out to us.
Remember that digital items are sold as individual, customer-specific products. Please do not share, make copies of, or otherwise distribute digital copies of the magazine. All digital items are protected by copyright.
Returns
Returns and refunds are not applicable for digital items. A digital download link is automatically sent after an order has been made, and thus the item cannot be returned.
Please contact Lulu for information regarding print items, including issues where the item sent was defective, damaged, or an incorrect item.
